EMMA ABSTRACTS WIP

Comments

  1. I really like how you express the curves in the first three photos. Especially, I like how you captured the whisk and its shadow in the third photo. I only feel that the last photo might be a little too dark. So maybe you can change the exposure so that the details will be more clearer. But I like your ideas! I hope that my comment helps you

  2. I love the portraits. They offer a different dimension to character through their abstraction. I'd suggest following the essence of those images when crafting more.

  3. Hi Emma. I really enjoy the diversity of subject matter here. Nice. The B&W (first image) is stronger for me than the second one. I think because the person is more concealed in it and I might not even know it's a person if the second image didn't exist. I agree with the above, to increase the exposure on the last image. While I think it can be on the darker side, I find it to be too dark here. On your fourth image you might want to crop in tight into the lower center where all that activity and motion is. That could be wonderful! As for the third image, I enjoy it, but it is a bit static compared to the other. Good Luck!

  4. Hi Emma, these are really good! I would also suggest you increase the exposure just a tiny bit on the first image and the trees in motion photo. Good job!
