Hi Elliot, . The 1st photo has a lot of potential. The light at the top is a bit distracting from the subject. I'd personally crop it out instead to make it a stronger image. I would also replace your second and third photo. I think they might not be visually exciting as your other photos. For the last image, I think the intended focus is not what you intended. I can tell the focus went to the top right corner of the image. Retake it again to get the focus at the left side as you wanted. Otherwise, you look slightly blurry in the background. Other than that, I think these series are off to a good start. Good luck and great job!
Hello! As always I love your images! I especially like your 1st and 5th images and I appreciate that you made them B&W because I think it adds drama to the photo. I think you could play around with cropping out the lotion bottles in the last image. Great work!
Yo dude, I really like your self-portraits, especially the last one with the mirrors. I like that you decided to keep colour on that image, as it looks much more captivating. I personally like you first image the most. I find the image very simple but complex at the same time. Anyways, keep up the good work and good luck bro.
Hi Elliot. The first image could be really FANTASTIC! Whether to have the light at the top in or out is up to you. I don't mind it, but I would move the individual to the right a bit and avoid the collision of them and the street light in the background on the left side. I love the use of the artificial light and the darkness at night. Such a nice contrast and shooting at night can hide a lot of things in the background that would normally get in the way visually. Your other works are ok, but to be honest they don't have the rawness of the first image. I would like you to shoot more at night and think about the mood that you would like to create. Overall your processing looks great! So keep that up, but be more aggressive with your use of space, content and camera position. Good Luck! Andy
Elliot you're amazing, i think that you are such a good photographer! I love the first image and everyone after that. The only one I would recommend changes on would be the one with the speakers and the bicycle its not necessarily the content more so the setting like maybe put it on the street and open the bag. I would also recommend muting the colors just maybe to see what that would look like. Otherwise they're absolutely amazing and just keep doing whatever you do.
Hi Elliot really good work here. I really like what you did with the in your first picture in terms of contract and texture. In the second picture I really like how you focused on the subject matter but I wish it told us a little but more about who is being photographed. I would say the same for the second one also. I am a huge fan of you last two photos. Keep up the good work!
