  1. Hi there, I love LOVE the food series especially the 1st image. the 2nd image is also really good. I was leaning towards B&W on the second image but then I love the colors of the raspberries in the drink. I took a screenshot and did a quick edit and realized that a cropped version is much better. Crop it in from the right and stop at where the inner wall of the drink begins. so crop from the right with a fixed aspect ratio where the right top corner touches the inner wall. I love the room series by the way. They look well processed and I like the experimentation on with 4th image. The last 2 images might be my least favorite when placed next to your other stronger images. Play with B&W processing to see where it takes you to. The last image would be fine in the B&W but I am not so sure about the 5th image. Perhaps replace it or turn it into the B&W.

  2. Hi M@. I agree with the above. The food are so far the images that work the best. The others are lacking in depth and content. While they follow the assignment criteria, they don't currently do so in an engaging manner. I would keep working on all three exercises and see if you can build up some momentum as these feel like a first attempt. Best of Luck!

  3. Hi M@, I really like the lights in the fourth image. I think it is very interesting. I wonder how you took it. Also, I like the composition for the first food image. I like how the light and the object are placed there. The shadow in the photo makes it deep. Good luck!

  4. Hey! I think you did a very good job on this assignment so far. As stated above, I think your food series are very good and I love the angle of the picture with raspberries as well as the red color, it is very unique. I also enjoy the frame you created in the picture in the park. However, I think the last one is the weakest because the frame is taking too much space in the front; possibly it is just my personal preference though :) Nice Job!!
