  1. Hi Eliot, I love the second photo so much! The reflections on the glass door/window looks amazing and makes it feels like a double exposure image! I love it! I love how the light and shadows aren't sharp on the wooden floor. I can't find any sharp shadows on there! Kudos to you! I also like how the man blends in with the environment . Usually, I refrain from random things coming into frame but with this image, I kinda like the white lines coming in from the left. I'd say keep it. The third image is also really good. I like the perspective of looking into another window from your window. I like the black frame also on the left. For the first image, I'd say try to process it to match the B&W in the 3rd & 4th image. The green tint is too much. For the 2nd image, I would encourage you to either process the image to be B&W or take the image again but this time, slow the shutter speed even more to help make the motion more evident. The 5th image, I see a lot of potential in it. Crop out most of the food on the left to diverge the attention on the left. This will bring the attention on the shiny ball/reflection surface that has shows the food in a more interesting manner. And for your last image, the black line at the top bothers me a bit. Either retake it and bring it in even more or replace the image all together. Sorry for the long comment. Hope this helps you however it can. And good job on this assignment. Looking forward to see what else you create! Good luck!

  2. Hi Elliot. Your Inside Looking Out are really very NICE! They have a level of complexity and depth that is lacking in the others. I enjoy how you've place the camera in the freezer, etc. but go back and do it again. What happens if you do a long exposure with the fridge or freezer open and the rest of the room dark? Play and experiment and don't get so close. With the bedroom I find the movement to be too much. Let your form be defined a bit more. I think the 36am images are meant to tell us something about you. The first one doesn't really do that, but the second one does, so keep that in mind. Best of Luck!

  3. Hey! I really enjoy your fourth image because there are so many frames/reflections created, it looks really interesting. I also like the color of your 5th one but agree with Ernie that it could be more interesting if you cropped out the left part, focusing more on the reflection. On the second one however, the bright green color bothers me a bit, I think it is just too much and maybe B&W or less bright version would be better. Good Luck!
