I think your self-portraits are great. I'm confused by your picture of someone else. I'm not sure what her expression and the flower are telling me about who she is. I'd dig deeper there. Same with the objects, I'd explore capturing a whole room/space in your house instead of individual objects.
Hi Runa, I love compositional frame (if that's even a phrase) on the 2nd self portrait. I would encourage you to maybe take it again with you looking into the camera. I prefer the vignette on the 2nd image on the other people (maybe reduce it a little). And as humans, our personalities are made up of multiples aspects of our identities and influences. On that note, I would encourage you explore scenery like a room with so many things present that represent you (could use a bedroom or study space). The single objects you captured here with the "who I am" isn't quite working for me. Go for a broader scenery, not single subject. And for the 3rd image of you, I would suggest you process it well (increasing the contrast/darks) .
Hi Runa. I agree with Ernie. The second self-portrait is really nice and I love the circles. Looking at the camera would benefit this image. I enjoy the repetition of you in the first self-portrait, but where the image cuts you off at the neck seems odd. The first two images are ok, but don't have much visual interest just yet. As for the last three images, unfortunately I see them more as photographs of objects, verses portraits. I hope that helps. Please keep shooting and be more creative with your framing and use of light. If photographing at night, use the blackness (negative space) to your advantage. Good Luck! Andy
