I love your fourth image, the colors in the window are so vibrant, especially paralleled to the glass light fixture. I also love the image of the oranges, but maybe consider cropping out the black shadow at the bottom of the photo, as well as the orange to the left. I think these are distractions and if cropped out can draw more focus to the orange in the red wrapping which is very interesting.
Hi Joshua, I love the 5th image and the use of flash to help the colors pop out. Great job on that. I am not a big fun of the 1st and 5th images. Maybe replace them? I do love the 3rd image. The last image could be taken again without the crop and with the focus going outwards. These series overall are going well. Keep it up! And good luck!
Hi Josh. The unique angles of your 36am images are enjoyable and give a great sense of the space. I would watch your use of flash. While it can be useful, it has a very specific look and tends to flatten out the space. The simplicity of the carrots is nice, but again the flash might get in the way visually. Spend a bit more time with each of the exercises to see if you tighten things up a bit and not use the flash for all the exposures. This will require better light, which might not be available in all the rooms you are shooting in. Best of Luck!
I like all your images but the one that is my favorite is the last one! I like how there are various layers of the plant, the window, and then what is beyond that. The lack of color of the plant, due to the shadow, is in high contrast to the colorful background. All of the pictures are great!
